I began developing this chocolate recipe when I dove headfirst into a more nutritious, whole food lifestyle in 2015. What began as a treat to satisfy and delight my little family soon became a fun gift to surprise others.

It is my great desire for this unique style of chocolate to find its way to people who not only want but need it. Using minimal processing and ingredients including the highest quality sweetener-raw, local honey-I aim to show people they can still eat sweets while fighting disease; that adults and children alike can indulge in something that will not have a negative affect on their organs, hormones and attitudes; that the right kind of sweet treat can be satiating instead of addictive; that we can make all the familiar foods we love but with better ingredients.

Rest easy knowing you have found a product that consciously nourishes body and environment. Convenience is not something to be shamed for but it does need to improve: by packaging exclusively in compostable materials, the same grab-and-go we are used to is an elevated experience. All of the cellophane, gift boxes, paper, labels and ink used to package Inspire Motion Chocolates are commercially or backyard compostable.
